About Century Printworks

Century Printworks was created through the merger of two long-established printing companies in the Cleveland, Tennessee, community.

Carroll Printing Company was founded in 1952 and built a strong reputation for dependable printing services across East Tennessee and North Georgia. Dick’s Graphics and Printing, founded in 1978, developed expertise in design, apparel printing, and specialty print production.

In 2025, these two companies joined together to create Century Printworks. The goal was to combine decades of experience, expanded capabilities, and a larger creative team to better serve the region.

Today Century Printworks continues that legacy by providing a full range of printing and design services. Businesses, schools, churches, nonprofits, and manufacturers rely on the company for materials that support marketing, operations, events, and product branding.

Position: Order Management Representative

The order management representative serves as a primary point of contact for customers. This role assists clients with selecting products, entering orders, managing communication, and coordinating with the production team to ensure projects move smoothly through the system.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with management and production teams, maintaining client communication, managing order entry, confirming product details, and supporting team members during high-volume periods.
